Pastor Dave & Ruth Rowlands
Pastor Dave & Ruth Rowlands took over the leadership baton of North Coast Church, North Wales in 1995.
Pastor Dave is an experienced leader, being in ‘full time’ ministry for over 30 years, his insight and perspective on life have been invaluable in our journey as a church.
Pastor Dave is a genuine ‘people’s person’, with a heart to see people succeed and live life to the full!
As a church we’re also blessed by his ability to teach the Word of God relevantly, inspirationally and practically! Among other things, Pastor Dave supports Nottingham Forest, has five children & four grandchildren, drives an Audi, and enjoys holidays on the Norfolk Broads!

History
Formerly known as Towyn Pentecostal Church, North Coast Church, North Wales was established about 20 years ago in a small school hall in Towyn! From then it has gone from strength to strength, developing and reflecting the community it represents. The current building facility is still based in Towyn, and new plans are underway to extend this facility once again.
North Coast Church is part of the Assemblies of God group of churches, which is a nationwide network of like-minded churches.

Vision
Our vision is to be:
A church designed for life – empowering people to live life to the full in the 21st Century. For us it’s time to extend & expand.
- Within the next 4 years to be a church of over 300 adult members, 50 teenagers and 90 children, focusing our efforts on the County of Conwy, the local towns of Denbighshire and beyond.
- We’re building a new facility - housing a large worship centre, youth and children areas, counseling and seminar rooms, offices and cafeteria.
To make our vision happen, we’re going to keep doing our best to fulfil the Great Commandment & the Great Commission. The following five purposes help us keep focused!
- Believe - encourage many people to believe in Jesus
- Belong - Welcoming people to belong to a vibrant family of believers
- Build - Teaching people life principles - building spiritual maturity
- Bow - Inspiring people to live lives of worship - hearts bowed before God
- Bless - Releasing people to be a blessing in their God given ministry

Building
We hope our new building at North Coast Church, North Wales (it’s a big extension really!) will be up and ready within the next two years. We’ve named it ‘The Destiny Centre’, and are looking forward to getting lots of use out of it.
